Wise Eyes Return Policy

Any unopened boxes of contact lenses can be returned within 30 days by filling out the form below. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any boxes that have already been opened may not be returned.

All glasses frames that were purchased without prescription lenses may be returned within 30 days. However, if the frames included prescription lenses, the frames and lenses may not be returned. 

All refunds will be processed within 7 days.
