Wise Eyes Return Policy

Any unopened boxes of contact lenses that need to be returned may do so by filling out the form below. Any boxes that have already been opened may not be returned.

All glasses frames that were purchased without prescription lenses may be returned. However, if the frames included prescription lenses, the frames and lenses may not be returned.
